Within the continental United States, our preferred method of shipping is with the United States Postal Service (USPS). For our low-weight products, USPS offers the quickest and most cost-effective method of delivery. If you require a different method, please contact customer service.
Our Free Shipping option uses the United States Postal Service First-Class Mail®. Orders will arrive within 2-5 days and can be delivered to P.O. boxes.
With Rush Service, we use United States Postal Service Express Mail®. Orders will typically arrive the next business day, with the exception of outlying areas which may require an extra day of transit.
We accept international orders, however, we’re unable to provide definitive estimates for delivery times due to variables in individual country’s customs processing. Overall turnaround time depends on speed of shipping to our facility and return shipping speed selected at checkout.
Our in-facility processing time is typically 24 to 48 hours. With our rush processing option, we process and ship orders the same day we receive them. We strongly advise international customers to contact customer service or use our photo dropbox to send a photo of your key to ensure its cloneability prior to sending us your key.
Also, please be aware that we are required to declare product value on all international shipments and you may be charged a duty fee by your country’s customs agency. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

You may return undamaged cards within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
It is suggested you use delivery confirmation and/or a tracking service to ensure refund. We are not responsible for lost returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within seven days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
On-Site Cloning Appointments
On-Site appointment cancellations and reschedule requests require 24 hour advanced notice. Our on-site technicians are instructed to wait 15 minutes past scheduled appointment. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows and an additional fee will be required for a rescheduled appointment.
Wholesale Duplication Services
Refunds for our wholesale duplication service will be issued back as store credit minus shipping charges. Refunds of store credit are available for 60 days after purchase. Partial refunds will be issued minus standard rate of duplication services already completed.
*Rush processing guarantee
Rush Processing guarantees same-day processing for packages received before 12:00 pm Central Standard time on all business days excluding USPS holidays and other scheduled facility down times noted on the Send In Service Instructions page. Failure of this guarantee entitles customer to full refund of rush processing upgrade fee including shipping.
Shipping failures related to weather or other "Acts of God" entitle customers to a refund of the current rate used for USPS Priority Express shipping.
Refunds will not be issued for customers who receive late packages due shipping to an area considered "rural" by USPS or other events outside the control of CloneMyKey.com, LLC and USPS.
